Today I was driving to Wyoming for a road trip, It's late at night and both me and my dad are tired, it's also dark. We were driving on a road which is basically a freeway. But then as we were entering a small city, the speed limit goes from 70 miles per hour straight to 40. And a cop was camping right at the speed limit sign. Before having the chance to slow down, the cop just pulls us over, giving us a ticket. If it was a bigger city, that cop would have no right to pull us over. But they have to fund their city some way, so they choose this trash money making method.
